■職務内容/ Main Duties & Responsibilities
• 洋楽・アジアなどのアーティスト並びに楽曲のマーケティング担当・プロダクト担当
Marketing and product management for international artists and repertoires
• アーティスト・楽曲のマーケティング/プロモーション・プラン作成
Building marketing and promotion plans
• マーケティング/プロモーションの実行
Executing marketing and promotion plans
• リリースする商品（フィジカル/デジタル）の制作業務
Product management on physical and digital releases
• 社内関係各所との連携・コミュニケーション
Liaise/communication with internal involved parties
• 社外の方々（メディア・クリエーター・マネージメント・広告代理店など）との連携・コミュニケーション
Building relationship and liaise with media, management, agencies, etc.
• 海外レーベル・マネージメントとの連携・コミュニケーション
Liaise with repertoire owners/artist management
• マーケティングに関するデータ収集・資料作成・翻訳など
Gathering marketing data/organizing the presentation document/translation/etc.
■求められる経験及びスキル / Required Abilities, Skills and Experiences
• 音楽業界でのマーケティング担当者としてプロジェクトリードのご経験（邦楽・洋楽・ジャンル問わず）
Experience as a project lead as a marketing representative in the music industry
• 音楽業界・エンターテインメント業界に関する知識・情報
General knowledge on music/entertainment business
• 音楽・エンターテインメントへの情熱
Passion for music & entertainment
• デジタル・マーケティング/SNSなどに関する知識・情報
Knowledge/skills on digital marketing, social media, etc.
• 革新的な発想力・行動力
Innovative ideas & action
• 社内外・日本国内・海外とのコミュニケーション能力
Skills in communication/negotiation with internal & external stakeholders
• 英語流暢レベル
Fluent in English

• 英語以外の外国語（韓国語・中国語・スペイン語など）
