★ザ・ビートルズでの活躍をはじめ、ソロになってからも数多くの名曲を残したジョージ・ハリスン。ジョージが他界してからちょうど1年後の2002年11月29日にロンドンのロイヤル・アルバート・ホールでジョージの妻オリヴィア・ハリスンと盟友エリック・クラプトンの発案によって行われた伝説のトリビュート・コンサートの2CD＋2ブルーレイ限定盤。
■参加ミュージシャンは、ポール・マッカートニー、リンゴ・スター、エリック・クラプトンをはじめジュールズ・ホランド、ジェフ・リン、モンティ・パイソンの面々、2017年に惜しくも他界したトム・ペティ、ビリー・プレストンなどからシタールの師匠だったラヴィ・シャンカール、アヌーシュカ・シャンカールなどビッグ・スター勢ぞろいでジョージの数々の名曲、ジョージの生涯愛した曲を多数披露、ファンも一体となってジョージを偲んだ。ジョージの愛息子ダニも参加！
■BDはコンサートをフルで収録したものと劇場版、さらにインタビュー、リハーサル風景などビハインド・ザ・シーンのフッテージも収録。ディレクションを務めているのは、1987年公開映画『あなたがいたら/少女リンダ』の監督やジョージも参加していたトラヴェリング・ウィルベリーズの大ヒット曲『ハンドル・ウィズ・ケア』のMVも手掛けたデイヴィッド・リーランド。
■本作品はグラミー賞でもベスト・ロング・フォーム・ミュージック・ビデオを受賞。
