STUDIO APARTMENT、約8年振りのニューアルバムに先立ち、2007年にリリースしたSTUDIO APARTMENTの代表曲“Beautiful Sunrise”の2020年最新リミックスをリリース！
2000年の結成以来、この20年間で9枚のオリジナルアルバムをはじめ、数多くのシングル＆リミックスをリリース。たくさんのヒット曲を生み出してきたSTUDIO APARTMENT。昨年は約6年振りの新曲“Shoulder”を皮切りに、10月には“Club Lonely feat. Joi Cardwell”をリリースし、ヨーロッパツアーやアジアツアーも完遂。改めてシーンに存在感を示し、国内外で高い評価を獲得した。
そんな彼らが2007年に発表したニューヨーク在住のシンガーAKとのコラボ曲“Beautiful Sunrise”のリミックスパックが10月3日（土）にリリース！
今回リミックスを手掛けたのは、STUDIO APARTMENTのメンバーでありDJとしても活躍するMASANORI MORITA。さらには彼らの盟友であり日本が誇るハウス～テクノ界のマエストロHIDEO KOBAYASHI。王道ハウスを地で行くオリジナルをMASANORI MORITAは、よりテックでダンサブル、そしてシンセの高揚感が際立つフロアユースな作品へと昇華。一方HIDEO KOBAYASHIは、より空間的で心地よくもエクスペリメンタルな、彼ならではのサウンドを追求。どちらも2020年代の今を彩る現代的な作品となっている。
そして、STUDIO APARTMENTは11月28日（土）に約8年振りとなる待望のニューアルバムをデジタル配信することが決定！ それに先駆け10月3日（土）同日に彼らが新たな境地へと向かった意欲的な新曲“River Village Sun feat. MAUMA”をリリース。
今後もSTUDIO APARTMENTのニューアルバムからの先行シングルカット、さらには様々なリミックスを新時代アジアンコミニュティによるカルチャープロジェクトレーベル「N.E.O.N」からリリース予定。

STUDIO APARTMENT’s first new album in eight years, ahead of released in 2007 remix of “Beautiful Sunrise”, will be released in 2020!
Since their formation in 2000, STUDIO APARTMENT has released nine original albums and numerous singles and remixes over the past 20 years. Last year, they released their first new song in six years, “Shoulder,” “Club Lonely feat. Joi Cardwell” and also completed a European and Asian tour. Once again, they have made their presence felt on the scene and have earned high praise at home and abroad.
They will be releasing a remix pack of their 2007 collaboration with New York-based singer AK, “Beautiful Sunrise,” on Saturday, October 3!
Remixed by STUDIO APARTMENT member MASANORI MORITA and Japanese house and techno maestro HIDEO KOBAYASHI.
Masanori Morita’s music is more techy and danceable, his synths are more uplifting than ever before, and his progressive sound takes the dance floor to the top.
HIDEO KOBAYASHI, on the other hand, is more comfortable shifting from breakbeats to even kicks, focusing on a more spatial, slower sound and pursuing a unique, experimental deep house sound
Their work is contrasting, but both are contemporary works of the 2020s.
STUDIO APARTMENT will be releasing their long-awaited new album on Saturday, November 28th, their first release in eight years! Prior to that, on Saturday, October 3rd, they release an new song “River Village Sun feat.MAUMA”
